The holiday cottages are situated inside the property, within small, independent country cottages, called after their original use: Il Pollaio (poultry pen), La Stalla (the stable) and La Porcilaia. Every cottage has an outside space equipped with garden furniture, in a shady position underneath trees. The swimming pool is situated just a few metres from the cottages away.

IL POLLAIO (60mq)
This cottage was once the old poultry pen of the counts of Lucciana, where they reared chickens. The cottage is subdivided over two floors and composed as follows:

› Bathroom with shower
› Living room on the lower floor with direct access into the garden
The cottage is equipped with heating and air condition,sat TV, outside space with table and chairs under a huge, shady tree, barbecue, private parking.

Here were accommodated the mares and their just born fillies.
