Minimum Stay
The prices are for each cottage per week. Any delays on the arrival or prior departure won't reduce the price. The minimum rental period is one week (from Saturday to Saturday). On request and depending on the availability short stays are possible.
The price includes
The rental price includes bed linen and towels (with weekly change) water, electricity, gas for cooking, use of the swimming pool and final cleaning. If the kitchenette is not clean and also the garbage was not removed, the holidaymaker has to pay for these costs.
The price doesn't include
Air conditioning / heating € 13.00 Stalla, € 15.00 Hen House, Pigsty € 17.00 per day, cot € 40.00 per week, extra linen (€ 15,00 per person). Extra cleaning (from € 20.00 to € 40.00 depending on the cottage)
Failure to clean the kitchen and garbage removal will be charged € 30.00.
Internet connection € 50,00 per week
Booking
After the receipt of the confirmation of the booking request, the holidaymaker has to make a down payment of 50% of the total booking price. The balance has to be paid by cash at the moment of arrival.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the reservation will be applied the following penalities: a) until 15 days before the arrival date 25% of the total booking amount has to be paid; b) within two weeks before the arrival date 100% of the total booking amount have to be paid.
Deposit
At the moment of arrival, the holidaymaker has to deposit € 150 as guarantee deposit that will be paid back at the moment of departure, deducing all the extra costs and/or any caused damages.
Note
Pets are only allowed after our specific permission. The holidaymaker has to look after his/her animal(s) and remove their excrements. Animals are not allowed in the swimming pool area. There is an extra cost of € 25 per pet. |
